Skyteam / Sustainable Flight Challenge

On the 18th of April, an enthusiastic audience was invited at the SkyTeam Office settled in the KLM headquarters in Amstelveen. They learned a lot about SkyTeam as an organization and about how the Sustainable Flight Challenge, as one of their “bold moves” projects, has and continues to have a positive impact on KLM, various other airlines as Delta, China Airlines, TAROM and Saudia, and the entire industry.

With the growing concerns about climate change, their goal is to reshape the future of air travel by creating new ways of aviation together with other airlines around the world. A very ambitious goal, which they work very hard at!

The students were positively engaged and enjoyed receiving interesting insights from SkyTeam.

Op 18 april werd een enthousiast publiek door SkyTeam uitgenodigd bij hun op kantoor, wat gevestigd is op het hoofdkantoor van KLM in Amstelveen. De Taxibaan leden maakte kennis met de hele organisatie van SkyTeam en leerden meer over hoe de Sustainable Flight Challenge, als een van de ‘bold moves’, een positieve impact op KLM, verschillende andere airlines als Delta, China Airlines, TAROM en Saudia, en de hele industrie had, en in de toekomst zal hebben.

Met de toenemende bezorgdheid over sustainability is het doel om de toekomst van luchtvaart positief te veranderen en minder vervuilend te maken door nieuwe manieren van schone luchtvaart te ontwikkelen samen met andere luchtvaartmaatschappijen over de hele wereld. Een erg ambitieus doel, waar hard aan wordt gewerkt!

De studenten waren erg geïnteresseerd en hebben een leuke ochtend gehad bij SkyTeam.
